The room with a great view. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was lovely. The personnel was pleasant, and the owner too. Location: the hotel was short walk to the restaurant, golf club, and city centre.

This hotel is in a great location, just outside of the city center, with beautiful views of the golf course. The rooms are cozy and come with warm blankets to combat the chilly nights. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, even providing special herbs and tea for ailing guests. Additionally, the communal areas have a pleasant atmosphere and the dining area is charming.
The live music venue aspect of the hotel can be a bit overwhelming, with loud cover tunes and disco lights playing during dinner.

The hotel's decoration is charming and cozy, with beautiful vintage furniture and delicate floral prints. The general areas, such as the garden and terrace, are perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and taking in the peaceful surroundings. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with well-maintained pathways and ramps that made it convenient for me to navigate around the property.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. While the children working there were polite, a bit more attention and support would have made for an even better vacation experience for senior people like me.

The triple room at King Fern Cottage was absolutely charming! The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little hideaway. I loved sitting on the balcony with its beautiful garden views, enjoying a cup of tea and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and the private bathroom with its refreshing shower was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The free toiletries were a nice touch too. I couldn't have asked for a better room during my stay!
Personally, I found the outdoor furniture in the unit a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might still enjoy it.

The hotel had a cozy mountain cabin vibe, with charming wooden interiors. The rooms were warm and comfortable, perfect for the chilly nights. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, providing excellent service. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a large terrace where you could relax by the fireplace.
The hotel lacked outdoor space and grassy areas to walk around. The bar did not have any beer, and the cocktail cook was unavailable during our stay.
